Housing Information 
The military provides two options for the use of your Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
The first option is to live on base. Your second option is to use your BAH to rent or buy a house off base. We provide you military friendly information to help you maximize your BAH.

• The Housing Management Office (919) 722-0362/0363/0364. Contact the HMO as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. They offer counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement and help resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

Seymour Johnson AFB On Base Housing

• Unaccompanied Housing (919) 722-8300 is reserved for single arimen ranked E1-E4 who have less than 3 years of service. You will be provided with private accomdations with basic necessities for comfort in the barracks.
  
  
• Seymour Johnson on-base housing is privatized and provided by Corvias Military Living (866) 639-4552, which offers pet-friendly homes based on rank and family size. Amenities may include washer/dryer hookups, all kitchen appliances and free lawn care.
